to create this dish we use a seasoned deep dish pan and cover it with a slightly thicker, richer dough recipe. next we add your choice of ingredients and cover them with a generous amount of wisconsin mozzarella. our zesty tomato sauce lightly covers the cheese along with a gentle sprinkle of pecorino romano. finally we bake the pizza in our oven until the crust reaches its signature golden perfection.

stuffed pizza

a thin layer of our house-made dough is placed into a two inch deep-dish pan. we then fill the pie with high quality cheeses and your choice of ingredients. then a paper thin layer of dough is gently placed over the cheese and ingredients to create a seal and lock in all the flavors. the pie is covered with our secret tomato sauce and baked in our oven until the crust becomes flaky and golden brown.

this pizza style features a moderately thicker crust renowned for its buttery, flaky deliciousness with a bit of caramelized cheese around the edges. the mozzarella and toppings are then topped with our zesty chunky tomato sauce. available with smooth marinara upon request.

stuffed - like a pie

this deep dish pizza features a blanket of thin dough used to separate the sauce on top from the cheese and ingredients underneath. rich layer of our chunky tomato sauce on top.
